I would normally put out my list a little earlier, but I found it a little more elusive to put together the party planner guide this year. The reason is… because those with parties are afraid of the wave of social media that would fill up their parties. Soooo rather than wait any longer… I decided I'd share what's public and encourage you to visit the booths of the vendors and give you hints of who to talk to. Still hoping to nail down AvePoint, they can't escape… they do such great parties.

Live Bloggers Unite
Dave Coleman is organizing group of live bloggers to help connect those who are unable to attend. He sets you up with an account. More details on the SharePointEduTech blog post. He's already started introducing the group.

Community Hub
Come by booth 1137 in the vendor hall. I know 200 people already signed up to build the survival bracelets and I've got 1000 design your own magnet frames. You'll see more details on the activities listed here as well as those that come out during the event. Also swing by for info on who's booth to stop by for invite only.
Community Lounge
The Microsoft Community Lounge area is shaping up. There are a number of couches and easels where MVPs will be manning the booth and both Sharing The Point and SPYam will have information. Swing by there to get your tough SharePoint questions answered.

Global Regional Luncheons All Week
Throughout the week there are a number of #SPC12 Luncheons designed to get people within the global regions a chance to meet up. You'd be surprised how many people haven't met, and then there are those who seem to meet each other all the time… like those in Australia, but have the Aussies met all the Kiwis? Maybe but have they met the Singaporeans?
Meet up at the Lunch break at the booth every day between 11:30-11:45AM (except Monday which is at 12:15) at the Community HUB at booth #1137 and walk to the lunch hall together.

So, just in case you didn't already know seeing as how I've been mentioning it all the time! It's mine and Billie's 20th wedding anniversary while we're out at the SharePoint Conference in Las Vegas, so what better way to celebrate than a good ole Vegas style wedding at the Little White Wedding chapel? For those of you flying home on Friday afternoon/evening, We're having the ceremony in the morning (So those at home can watch on webcast!) and then we'll be going for drinks afterwards!
